Following on from my review, I thought I’d show you the product in action. Since this first impression I have been wearing it everyday and testing it with different primers too (you’ll see in the video that I tested the Nars Velvet Matte Skin Tint without a primer to see the true performance of the product without any interference). I’ve found that using it with a matifying primer (such as the Peter Thomas Roth Max Anti Shine Matifying Gel) or an oil free one (such as the Nars Oil Free Primer) works really well in helping the base hold up for much longer particularly on my greasy skin. I’ll let you decide for yourself what you think of the base on my skin but for me, I think I’m in love.
