Metallic Blue-y Green Smokey Eyes Tutorial
To balance out my last tutorial, which was a softer look all about glowing, bronzed skin and neutral tones on the eyes with a touch of sparkle, I wanted to create a look that was a bit more dramatic and out of my comfort zone.
